Komatsu

Chromazone have produced graphics for Komatsu UK’s excavator production site over many years, right back to their opening in 1985.

A recent project involved producing extensive interior and exterior graphics for a product marketing event. Large format colour printed wall graphics, illustrating the latest excavator product were used to enhance visitor reception areas and key production areas within the main plant.

The Common Room

Working closely with the designers at Twentyseven Design we have created an extensive array of impressive interpretation graphics and signage at The Common Room, Newcastle’s recently refurbished and restored historical landmark building, now seeing new life as a venue for education and cultural events.

In keeping with the fabric of this historic venue, the lecture theatre was fitted out with exact replicas of the existing portrait collection that features all past presidents of the Mining and Engineers Forum.

In other areas interpretation graphics and wayfinding signage has been produced to blend in with the existing building fabric, displaying information to their visitors.

Great Exhibition
of the North

Working directly for the NewcastleGateshead Initiative (NGI) we produced a wide range of vibrant colour graphics to highlight the GEOTN (Great Exhibition of the North) at multiple venues across Newcastle and Gateshead, including the Sage, BALTIC and the Great North Museum. The work included printing and installing banners, display stands and temporary event signage.
